midi2style is a stand alone program and will convert MIDI files to Yamaha style files without a sequencer.

midi2style is free; download from http://home7.inet.tele.dk/js/midi2style

But, style conversion is not easy. Time and practice... ;-) Get the "Getting Started" manual at the same page.
